Quite sure damage caused to side airbag panel on drivers seat was not there when car was taken in. When leaving garage & sat in drivers seat & had to adjust seating position, my arm came in contact with damaged side panel of seat which was rough.

The environment is very polished but welcoming. The staff were professional and warm in my dealings with them. They listened to my needs and made efforts to accommodate them.

I booked the car in for your recall, was informed of a further non critical recall. Arranged for both and a ride home. On arrival no record of your recall was booked and no ride. Jane left one and shambles is the result. Disgraceful comes to mind

Jenna was our 1st contact & she gave us good initial advice. John was extremely competent with financial advice. Oliver kept in contact with us with timely e-mails and came in on his day off to hand the car to us, which was very much appreciated.
