Good, quick service
Exclusive service however a bit pricey (compared to smaller garages)
Had to stop the car on way home due to the bonnet not being closed after MOT could have had an accident as I was on motorway
I was treated with courtesy and they completed the work required.
Service and 1st mot carried out, courtesy transfer home and returned excellent timekeeping, couldn't fault experience from booking in to picking car up.
Service receptionist, Gemma , was extremely helpful and informative at all times.
I booked the car in for your recall, was informed of a further non critical recall. Arranged for both and a ride home. On arrival no record of your recall was booked and no ride. Jane left one and shambles is the result. Disgraceful comes to mind

Unlike Sytner BMW - Trainer seem to care, and know their stuff. Despite several visits to Sytner, I never ever received a survey request - yet one visit to Trainer, I receive this one. That speaks volumes.

Everything was done that was asked or expected. The service was completed in the time set. The co-ordinator we dealt with was very efficient and courteous at all stages of the booking.

I had an unpleasant noise from the front end of the car - they took a lot of trouble to isolate the reason including using another set of road wheels and tyres to eliminate any roaf noise issues - they then diagnosed a noisy front wheel bearing
After collection of the vehicle there appears to be a knocking noise in the footwell, and when turning right there seems to be a lot of vibratory feedback through the steering wheel, also there seems to be more engine noise.
It has a wash and valet at the end, however there are always mucky wet footprints left in the car!

Unable to resolve fitting issue with detachable tow hitch. Told the part was faulty and option was to buy new at £600+.Staff were polite and tried to assist.

The service and help in making my decision to change my car, was first rate and when I decided to purchase my new car, it was so easy to complete the sale. One small problem was found , but this is being rectified by replacement of marked arm rest
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They afforded us as much time as we wanted. Detailed explanation of how the car worked and the offer to ring or return at any time to ask further questions. Coffee was also very good!
