I have to wait for another 3 weeks before I get another appointment.
When eventually you get to speak to a service representative after waiting for up to 3 hours for a response, you are told a different story from the one you were told earlier. If someone has made an error tell the TRUTH rather than trying to bluff it
I came for end of warranty check. Paint peeling off 2 sensors and told not covered as been painted previously. Disappointed since bought nearly new from Cooper BMW Thames Ditton.
Gave the key to the young lady sat down on the nice let her seats had a few cups of coffee and an hour and half later got the keys back and I was on my way great just how I like it also had a video and a report of the mechanic.

courtesy car was ready and waiting on my arrival which turned out to be a new x3 with more than enough fuel for my needs . my own car was ready sooner than expected and was returned washed and valeted which was a nice touch well done B M W.
Dropped the car off for a prearranged 1st service to wait for the car and. Was told the car would need 1 hour and a half i.e. Ready at 11.00am. The car eventually arrived at 11.50 and was left parked in the mini dealership not cleaned and my seats

Staff at Swansea are very professional and understanding, they listen to you by putting the finishing touches to all the jobs that need doing. I'm afraid synter in Essex pushed me from pillar to post, its not a experience l want to repeat.

Email video sent following service not understandable due to poor sound quality. No response received to my email querying the points raised on the video.
Quick and accommodating
The repair to a lock has not really been resolved in that I have to and the glove box with my fist before it will release the lock. After the time I lost having the repair done after 2 visits I am reluctant to make a third visit.
Formerly Trainers and the staff are the same who I have found to be very helpful and accomodating every time the car has gone in for a service. The pick up service has been faultless.

The car was brought in to eradicate the handbrake noise that occurs when engaging the hand brake on sharp inclines. It has been taken into Cardiff and Swansea for the same thing. It is still a problem. I was informed that it is normal. This I doubt.

Having negotiated the purchase of my last car, I got a service pack included. Having not paid for a service on my last BMW, I was very disappointed and shocked to find out at my 3rd service (53000 miles), that it was going to cost me around £400.

As above, quick straightforward communication. Even was offered to fixed a scrach on the bumper at very reasonable price, unfortunately had to declined as was changing a car anyway.

Apart from a small blip I was asked to bring my car in for a service only to find on arrival that the service package did not allow my car to be serviced one day earlier. As I live 70 miles away this cost me a day and half a tank of fuel.
Service complete. Car collected and dropped off.Valet was a quick job, whereas Sytner Cardiff, car was spotless inside and out

Very goog overall service.
Quite sure damage caused to side airbag panel on drivers seat was not there when car was taken in. When leaving garage & sat in drivers seat & had to adjust seating position, my arm came in contact with damaged side panel of seat which was rough.
